Starting in fiscal year 2025, AROZEE has launched a new business line: constructing rental buildings on land cleared through our land development operations, bringing together the full breadth of our in-house expertise.
Because AROZEE handles the planning in-house, we are able to adopt specifications and amenities that excel at tenant attraction, while incorporating energy-efficient building materials and systems to deliver environmentally responsible properties.
Our goal is not only to satisfy the property owners who invest in these buildings, but to develop a business that makes a meaningful contribution to local communities and the global environment.
