The name AROZEE was born from combining “Ya” (from our president Yabe’s surname, meaning “arrow” in Japanese) with the English word “zeal.”
Like an arrow flying true to its mark, “an honest, unwavering spirit” — and from “zeal,” “an intense passion for the work we do.” These two pillars carry our aspiration to be a company that always acts with integrity and relentless enthusiasm.
AROZEE places sincerity above all else — with our clients, our partners, and our teammates. Rather than making decisions based solely on numbers and terms, we approach every project with a simple standard: would we confidently recommend this to our own family and friends?
