While real estate revitalization is AROZEE’s specialty, certain types of buildings are not suitable for revitalization:

  • Pre-1981 buildings where seismic retrofitting is technically infeasible
  • Pre-1981 buildings where seismic work would severely compromise usability
  • Buildings with severe deterioration from years of neglected maintenance, such as persistent water leaks

Working and living in such buildings can pose a direct threat to personal safety.

For properties unsuitable for revitalization, AROZEE facilitates tenant relocations and sells the cleared land to developers as development sites. This is our Land Development business.
