01 AROZEE’s Planning Expertise

We undertake major renovation works — rooftop waterproofing, exterior wall repairs, and elevator replacements — as core elements of our revitalization projects. To reduce energy consumption, we convert lighting to LED, replace HVAC systems, and install suspended ceilings on top-floor units to improve insulation and heating/cooling efficiency.
